eat mostly plants some fish and chicken seeds and nuts can not tweak any further weight stays same and yes i exercise
101.2 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
steady weight

Try to add more calories (only once a week=charging )- and keep working out. The weight will go down 🤓
