not too bad yesterday. 20 min treadmill. 50 min. hip hop abs.. today i did 20 min on treadmill , 25 min hh abs and did do 30 min more on treadmill. i luv my mom but i sure didnt need that huge slice of straw shortcake she brought me home last night. will get 3tbs full bites of it and give to my daughters the rest. (even though i reallllllly don't want to)!!
