Must have been water weight I lost yesterday, I'm back where I was, ha. I know I should weigh myself weekly but it's habit to stand on the scales in the morning. Also I know the mirror and tape measure are important tools also but they are all saying the same ATM, it's a conspiracy, they're all in on it, ha ha.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
