There's no time like alone time to restrict and shed some weight! I'm excited to achieve my goal this week while Hubby is away. By Friday I want to be out of the 60s! Even if it is 59.9!!! So, Monday is walking with mom early, swimming: 1 hour in afternoon and dance with Haymich at 6pm. That's plenty of burned calories! i will eat fruit for breakfast, quiche for lunch and perhaps toast with cream cheese for dinner. my goal is to have a 1000 cal deficit!
