Over did myself yesterday and had to take some pain meds. I don't like taking those things. It makes me way too loopy. I was able to take off the outside bandage this morning to see what they did. I hardly have a belly button anymore.lol It's all puckered up. Looks like it is wicking.lol Oh well, enough of that.
WOE/WOL is going well. Surgery pounds are starting to go down. 167.8 this morning. YEAH!!! Didn't feel much like eating last night so I had some Dreamfield Elbows with butter, pepper and garlic. LOVE THAT STUFF!!! Put me way over on NC but today is better.
