Going on a Fast today, I feel like Im starving but I know I can do this.
Good day to fast though b/c it was Valentine weekend and Im a nanny so they have so much chocolate and candy around the house. Even strawberries dipped in white chocolate, yes I absolutely LOVE white chocolate.

I started last night at 7 so planning on eating supper tonight before I workout. MMMMM Im craving a chicken salad will have to wait till tonight. Ran 2 miles this morning, with 2 minutes walking inbetween. Next step is to run 25 minutes straight, my 5k is in 5 weeks. YAY!! Had a great weekend now hopefully this is the week I drop allot of pounds, hoping for a 3-5 lbs loss.

Wow, running 2 miles on an empty stomach sounds impossible! Haha. Good luck with your fasting! At least you got to have some good treats from yesterday. :)

Yes and did it!!!! It really was bad at all going to eat supper soon!!!!!

Thanks everyone for all the encouragement it really means allot. running sure is a mental thing for me, to just keep going cause I really do hate running, sometimes my body just doesn't want to do it, but it always feels so good when its done
