I'm really battling my sugar cravings. I'm still off of potatoes and pasta, but sure would love to eat a big old candy bar right now. I think I'll fry up an apple today. Maybe that will help.

My blood test last week showed my A1C at 6.5. I need to lose at least 25 more pounds to make this go away.

I will begin Diabetes Education Classes on June 22 to help me understand all of this.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
