I'm on a plateau, just above my goal. Frustrating? A bit. But I'm not really complaining. It's where I want to be, after all. I've lost close to 15 and a half stone in under two years, going from morbidly obese to normal. My bloodwork comes back with the best results I've seen in years (except for a slight anæmia, for which I've got to up my intake of iron and vitamin C to increase my iron absorption). I think I've done a reasonable job of getting myself into the right physical shape.
