I'm just going to say this...Yesterday was an extremely delicious over indulging disaster and I'm not about to journal how much chocolate was consumed lol. Whew I feel better now lol.
Today has been good so far. The hunger is at a minimum and I've been working on my ultimate plan to kick my own butt and lose this weight once and for all!! (Insert Evil Laugh)
I'm shooting for Sunday or Monday as my kick off for my plan. Why am I waiting? Because I'm extremely bloated this week and frankly I'm not doing anything while I feel like this. MEH Sunday I should be good to go.
I've been also thinking of ways to make my exercising challenging. I've heard good and bad things about the "FitBit" Has anyone tried it? Is there a better product for this website?
