I am guilty of drinking my coffee in the morning before going out to do anything. I am currently at 168.8 from 184 pound i had conquer this goal of mine and now i am looking to loose 28 more pounds. I am so proud of what i had been acomplish as of today.

good for you. I have hung at same weight a week now: ate potatoes the other day, and catfish 2 days ago (fried). big mistake!

Coffee keeps me fuller longer, so I hear ya. My issue is I am working double jobs..currently working on building my business a bit before I quit my day job. So working two gifts is killing me. I find myself drinking TOO much coffee throughout the day.

Coffee is a must have! I still drink 2 cups a day, but used used to drink 4-5 per day. I take it as a personal win to not need that extra caffeine in the afternoon!

I drink it all the time! I had a baby boy 6 months ago was 205 down to 154 ahhh a little more to go!

Coffee in the morning is a must in my house... Don't bother daddy till after he has had his first cup in the morning.. (daddy being me!) just ask me wife and daughter.. lol

skywalker212, if it is a pic you want to place as your image, look 2 selections above the settings selection. My Image. If you want to upload an image for food, only way I've found is through your android phone. on any food item, click the "view full nutritional info" button and at the bottom of that screen is a spot to upload photo....

Id slowly try and condition yourself to drinking black coffee, it's a great appetite supresser

Nothing wrong with coffee in the morning. Even with a bit of milk in it, you'll sustain your hunger for a while for relatively few calories. Not to mention it helps get the digestive system going.
