I have been having too many binges lately and have put on the weight to show for it, time to get serious again I think before it gets out of control, ha.

Just been eating all the wrong foods over a period of 1 week, trying to stick to my calorie intake of 1300, but been unsuccessful. Feeling really down about it. Have not exercised for weeks anyone else feeling the blues
