Single again... the weight always starts to drop when I'm alone. My physical was almost perfect aside from 'Slightly Elevated' cholesterol. A friend at work wants me to start running and biking with him, and I think it's time to be a bit healthier.
New goals this time around: 1. Eat healthy and exercise 2. Quit smoking again(No more dating smokers and going back) 3. Stay single for a while
Edit: So after checking between the two scales I used this weight should really have been 185.8 if I was using the scale I will be continuing to use from here on out... oh well, peace.
