Panera WHO???

Today's lunch:
4c. Spring Mix Salad
1 sautéed chicken breast
10 Cherry tomatoes
2 Tablespoons of crumbled queso fresco

To dress the salad I used a minute amount of avocado oil and ALOT of lemon juice, a pinch of salt and some pepper.
