Lydia Kleyn's Journal, 11 Feb 10

Yesterday was just what I needed a day off. now I refueled and energized for another week, met with my trainer last night he's changing up my routine a bit making me do some more challenging things on my own, I love it, I love being pushed.
Rolled out of bed early this morning and did my 30 minute run, it's crazy Ive only ran 4 times in the last 2 weeks but how quickly you can progress and get faster I ran for a total of 26 minutes, only walking for 4, Im so pumped to run my 5k in under 30 minutes. Back to the gym tonight after work for some more cardio, Im so addicted to working out right now, but its a good thing and it's paying off.
