Yesterday went really well. I ate most of my planned foods, and did all of my planned exercise. Today my plans are pretty simular because I really need to go grocery shopping! And my bread is a week old, so I need to eat sandwiches until it goes bad. :-)

My Plan for today:
breakfast- 1 pop tart
lunch- ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough, tomato soup (made with water)
snack- 1 pop tart
dinner- lean cuisine pizza, low fat popcorn, canned green beans
snack- 2 red vines
exercise- 45 minutes at Curves (do circuit 3 times)

The snacks I will only eat if hungry. Yesterday I wasn't, but some days I'm more hungry than others. I hope that everyone's plans are going well!
