Day #3 down... I'm dying for something sweet - so I'm getting off here and going to bed. I did make up some Jell-o (sugar free of course) and hope to enjoy that tomorrow to help with the sweet cravings. I think I can do this - I'm really enjoying it - I feel like its the right time this time. I'm very hopeful! :)

perosnally i was never really a sweets eater., but every now and again i DO wanna a little something...not sure whether u like coffee or not but i drink 8 oz of ground folgers with heavy cream, 1 sweet n low and a dash of cinnamon and topped with whipped cream and another dash of cinnamon works as a great treat...justa thought...and keep up the good work dar
