Well had my training session last night, worked out hard and did measurements-I'll say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but having someone HOT like a trainer do it. Embarrassing. smh Oh well I know what to do and have some great tips!

Maybe a bit embarrassing, but would you want a FAT trainer? It's like that old saying "Never trust a skinny chef" you can spin it to trainers! I did the same thing a while back, but he didn't help me with exercise or using machines or anything, just an eval on my BMI. lame. I'm considering enlisting a trainer for a session.. Get tips and such. Have a great day!
