Well, yesterday was exactly a month since I started to eat and count my calories. Tomorrow is weigh-in so hopefully my 1 month mark with be proven when I step on the scale. This website has kept me very motivated, thank God. I wish everyone luck and keep up the good work!

Hi, Lhoe!
I saw your comment to a thread "I have been counting my calories now for exactly a month" - wanted to share that I decided to postpone exercising a couple of weeks ago, too. I am consistently losing weight, but must admit I don't like it when I "only" lose a minimum of weight each week. Knowing myself, I decided to trim down once the weight is low enough - that way I'm not stressing over whether or not the muscle is weighing more, etc.
I thought I would share with you that I'm continuing to count calories, but also began an Atkins Induction (this is my second week). I really like it. So much that I think I'll stay on Atkins for awhile. I don't know if you are interested, but you can go to http://community.atkins.com/security/collectAddress.jsp?rc=FreeBars and register (absolutely free) and they will send you a starter kit and some free products. I don't intend to pay them for anything or join, but there is a great deal of really helpful information there including how to correctly complete an Atkins Induction.
I'm changing my weigh-in day to Friday a.m. so this week I will only be recording a 4-day weight loss.
Keep going - you're doing great!
