Felt nauseous and crampy Thurs, Fri, Sat - not much appetite and couldn't really stand to look at leafy greens, eggs, or meat - wanted so much to have some rice but instead nibbled on cheese, a little ham, some grape tomatoes and some avocado.

Feeling better and back on plan now.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

they say chicken broth helps, a cup in the morning and one in the afternon, i havent had the atkins flu yet but i got my broth ready.
