I was looking at my diet calendar to see if I have been eating more calories (I haven't) but it was interesting to see that I can tell when I have skipped meals (usually because I have a sinus headache and I just can't eat). I don't think I realized how often that is (about 1-3 times a month). Oh well, data is good.

I got a cortisone shot in my elbow for my tendonitis today and I really shouldn't be typing. But at least in a couple of days it will feel better. At the moment it feels (and looks) worse. Owwwwieeee.

This getting old business really sucks some days.
