Been eating healthy for the most part since last week. Greg will probably come home for a visit mid April, so I'm really busting it until then. I started Extreme Fat Smash (again) and it's a 3 week program. I have already lost about 2 lbs since Greg left and hope in the next 2 months to lose 6-10 more! Did a Turbo Jam workout (30 minutes) tonight.
Glad I'm finally exercising. I hate looking at my weight history graph and seeing it bounce around. This time it's going down and staying down!
