Got new scales for the house this week rather than using the scales at the spa/gym/swimming. Hopefully, this will mean more consistent measurements from now on.

Unfortunately, I cracked a rib while playing with my daughter at the weekend. Not much you can do about a cracked rib other than wait for it to heal. I can still do some exercise if I stick to leg work and strength rather than aerobics.
103.8 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
