Tues... Been doing the bike mostly everyday when I get home.. Last night, I cycled while watching TV and time went by and I hadnt even realized I had passed the amount of time I have been doing all week.. ww egg sandwich this morning
getting ready to eat lunch ( pot roast and veggies from last night) I really need to start eating 6 little meals instead of 3 times a day..my sugar still isnt right, even though Im back to my needles. GRRRRRRR. I do not like you, Diabetes. therefore, I will do my best to be RID of you if possible. Trying anyway.. If I can lose 60 pounds it would do WONDERS. HELPPPPPPPP . lol.
