Publix was sampling a pork recipe yesterday and it was really good. I skipped the potatoes and figured the sample had almost no carbs. Tonight I made the recipe and it was still really good and low in carbs, so yay Publix! It's their pork tenderloin with mushroom and Brie sauce.
