Publix was sampling a pork recipe yesterday and it was really good. I skipped the potatoes and figured the sample had almost no carbs. Tonight I made the recipe and it was still really good and low in carbs, so yay Publix! It's their pork tenderloin with mushroom and Brie sauce.

Hubby and the boy got garlic roasted potatoes and peas with it. I just had green beans with some of the sauce with it.
