Had a very modest weight loss but was surprised I lost anything at all. Had the "blues" all weekend and didn't get off the couch all day Sunday. Didn't even go to church, didn't go shopping just felt tired and anxious and could not wait for Monday to come. I feel better today even better than yesterday. I'm picking myself back up. One day at a time, lifestyle change.
