Is there any way to keep track of my ww points on this website??? I want to stay on track and I'm not using e tools. Should I just journal the old fashioned way? I don't want to have to handwrite my daily foods in one place plus keep track of everything on here. Any suggestions for what all of you do would be much appreciated! Thank you!!

I use the following format in my journal everyday to track points, liquids, dairy, veggies, etc:

Stairs=6;
Water=1.5; Juice=.5; Tea=2;
Fruits=0;
Veg=0;
Dairy=1;

Kristy, I hope you can journal online. I found I can't do it. There is something with me that if I write it by hand, I own it. I see your recent weight loss...impressive! My group "Following The Old Weight Watchers Program" is very supportive, especially when we've added each other in as buddies. Keep up the good work. Karen
