Low calorie day today. And loooottttssssss of water. Hope I can stick to it, considering I'm already feeling really, really hungry. Also very exhausted. And I have class tonight. Blah. At least I have a 4 day weekend off of work. I am going to try to focus on my reasearch paper for history and working out A LOT! I was thinking, if I can't break past 136lbs in another week or so, I was going to start waking up extra early to get a quick work out in the mornings and also in the evenings, kind of pull double duty. Hopefully that would ramp up my metabolism if the high/low calorie thing doesn't jolt it.
