Dang, dang, dang!! Bad weekend. I don't know what happened. I lost all self control and ate whatever I wanted. I think I get close to a holiday and just throw all caution to the wind. Not good!!! I need to do really good until Thursday and maybe I can correct the damage. UGH!!!

Yeah, my weekend was atrocious too! And none of it was worth it! I'm going to try to eat really well the next three days so I can enjoy a bit on Thanksgiving! Good luck to you too!!! We can do this!!!!

Yeah, it was so not worth it. I ate things and thought, that is not as good as I remember it being. So weird how just eating the wrong things will make you feel fat again.

I agree with information. Don't be too hard on yourself, just keep working to get back on track. We all slip up at times, and the weekends and holidays are *especially* hard. You can do it!
