Did I mention I love yoga? I have more to say about Yoga X, but I think what this blogger said is pretty spot on. It is hard, but that is the beauty of TH's coaching. If you can't do what we are doing TODAY, that's okay. Keep working and next time be better. That's a yoga thing. We were in some deep ankle stretches that practically no one can do straight away, and my yogi said think about sitting on a phone book and every day you pull out a page and even though it is a tiny bit you are getting closer to your goal of sitting on the floor in this stretch. It might take ten thousand days, but you will get there.
