Since I have an event tonight I decided to make today my cheat day. I plan to consume about 1600 or under. I mostly likely will gain weight tomorrow, but​ I want to enjoy myself without worrying about food. I haven't had rice/pasta/bread for so that long I'm actually looking forward to it :)
It's sad but when I'm on a diet food is always on mind and I just really want to have a day where I'm not stressing about food/weight, at least not for today.
Of course I will get back on track the next day.
49.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
