Weight still hasn't dropped. Even after a really really tough workout last night. 1 hour of cardio and 60+ reps of pushups, squats, and bicycle crunches. I'm trying a high calorie and rest day today. It probably won't work, but maybe my body just needs more rest and fuel. Of course, I'm not eating the right stuff. Lunch w/ a friend AND lunch given to us at work... and I had both! And the fiance and I might go out to dinner tonight... Yikes!

ay! Starla, Starla.. if you are kicking a## at the gym your muscles are swollen holding water. Its normal for the scale to show that. Drink your water to repair your muscles and eat today but not TOO high cals ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
