Okay first off, I messed up on Wednesday with my promise I ate string cheese when I got out of work at 9pm. I was sooo hungry. I am also very disappointed because even though I worked hard this week I only lost half a pound. Not happy with that at all. I guess all I can keep doing is trying to make good choices and really start working out.
Promise to myself today- no snacking at work.

Take out two sticks of butter and look at them. That is how much a half a pound of fat would like if it were on your body. That's pretty good.

We all mess up. Don't keep beating yourself up about it. Keep your focus on how things can be and how you will make choices you like in the future. :) Suzi- EEEK, what a visual! That's something I'll be able to remember though, so thank you!
