I don't seem to be depriving myself of food yet I am losing weight. I dunno why. Oh i AM depriving myself of some pizza cravings from time to time :) But now that I found a way to keep track of calories I can even eat pizza, so long as I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day that is, which is really not good for me.
