Oh my gosh...
I had no idea how much food I stuff in my mouth!
It sure did not seem to be that much at the time I did it.
I thought 82g of fat was a lot yesterday - today it was 136g.
AAArrrggghhh!!!

Holy Crap WA WA WEEEAHHH! I looked at your diet calendar. Isn't fat secret GREAT for giving all of us a wakeup call!!!!!!!!!! Your downfall on the fad is the cheese and peanut butter. Your sodium is way up there too. Congrads on logging everything! That is a great start! Need anything let us know!
