I was doing really well and decided to take a break from November until New Year. . that somehow extended to April and I have put on 10kg in last 6 months 😢 But I am not giving up 😁 just came back from holidays and next one is due in October so my plan is to hit the target by then! that's only 3kg per month and I can do it! Just slowly get myself back on track and start cutting out the 'forbidden' foods and up my exercise
