My feeling is if it wasn't a gain, It was a win. Today I'm not happy with my gain, but know I'm bloated and I've had the week from hell, so I'll just look past the gain and blame it on stress and water weight. There is no way I could have gained 3.5 pounds this week. Some days were over calorie count, but not many and not by much. So I will write down what the scale says and then ignore it for a week. Congratulations on your "no-gain" week.

Keep doing what you are doing! Not gaining is a win. Don't let the number on the scale make you give in to the temptation foods that are no longer in your diet. Water, water, water. I have a hard time drinking enough during the day but when I make myself stick to it, I always lose. Congrats on great week! Prayers for you to stay the course and a drop this week.
