I was wondering about something: I don't understand the coconut oil (etc) craze. As far as I know it's saturated fat. Palm oils are supposed to be bad for you as far as I have known forever. Am I mistaken?

Just in case I can't get back to this posting can you tell me what kind of competion is the e-cup?

Ok I went to your blog and found a picture of you winning a body building competion. You eat perfect meals. ☺

Jipper, go online and do some reading on Ketosis and how our bodies actually work and how our muscles store food and you'll discover that fat is NOT a dirty word and that natural fats are some of the healthier things you can feed the body. Processed carbs and simple sugars are not very great energy sources, and fruits roles in our diets are to provide other nutrients, not our main source of energy. It kind of make sense when you think about how long the growing season isn't, hmm?

@suzzy Emarald cup is the largest amature body building event in the country. It's located in Seattle each spring. I've done 5 shows and placed at National levels for each division. The FOOD and nutrition make 100% the difference!
