Well, looks like iIdisappeared for a while again. THank gosh or I'd be very depressed recording my weight today, lol. I was down to 139 all last week and was extremely bad this weekend. I lost a friend a week ago and the memorial service this weekend did nothing for my diet. I was so upset I just ate, and ate.
It's over now I'm moving forward and hoepfully on the right track to lose. My weight I entered might be wrong. I'm using a different scale that reads lower than my normal one but the normal one needs batterys so it will do for now. I hope everyone is doing well :)
