Knee slightly better but not good enough to exercise yet. Will lay low for another day and hopefully hit the swimming pool tomorrow.

had fresh dim sum yesterday, stayed away from the rice. Ate only the veggie with shrimp ones. Nothing breaded or deep fried, no desert, lots of green tea. Estimated from the web site what I had but may have had more calories which is ok.

Still under calories, but still not craving anything or feeling hungry.
