I am getting to the point where I usually go off any attempt to change my eating habits - it's just too hard, I want to be full, I want to eat richer foods you name it. All this is nagging on me and my mind is at battle with my heart. Even that I have reached my first goal isn't cheering me up. There is just too much weight to lose. I am having me a nice little pity party here this morning. It does not help that I have been "cheating" on my cals and eating more than I should and feeling guilty about that. I should think Lifestyle change but I'm acting like this is a diet. Diets don't work in the long run........
Someone please lift me up in prayers.

Christy, sitting here and reading your response and tears of gratitude running down my face......thank you!!!!! seems not enough to say when my heart is full of gratitude for caring for me!
