Dancing starts tonight. Since the last lesson of 2011 I have put on 3kgs! I guess it's not much in the greater scheme of life but the thought of putting on tights is abhorrent! As it is I stand in front of my closet with tears in my eyes most mornings trying to find something that fits me. Hubsand says I should just go buy new clothes and stop torturing myself... but that is surrendering to the fatness... and I've worked so hard over the years to get to the point where I a was happy... and healthy. There is no way I am going to let myself get totally fat again! So, this is my first journal entry and my commitment to lose 10 ponds (or 4 kgs) in February. That's one kg a week. So, starting right now!!!!, I will 1)drink more water, 2)Excerise 4 times a week and 3) stick to my rdi (1500). Come 29 Feb, I hope it will have been worth it.
