Was sort of a take it easy day...feeling very run down after 7 days at the gym in a row and not getting enough sleep! Back to it tomorrow!

B: 2 HB eggs, english muffin, greek yogurt, milk
L: salad greens, balsamic dressing, tuna, sweet potato
S: serving of dark chocolate, trail mix
D: goat cheese ravioli with marinara sauce and romano cheese, 2 small slices garlic bread, and a magical salad with olive oil dressing, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, feta, and walnuts....mmmm!!!!! Dinner made by friend :)
Treat: 1.5 glasses chardonnay

Exercise: took a break today! :)
