Yup, usually Monday is my weight in day. My email from fatsecret says "Weigh in Now!" I won't today because I allowed myself to enjoy Easter. I really followed my plan last week. I didn't log Friday night through last night. It's really hard when I am with my grandkids (ages 5 & 6) and hard when my husband does the cooking....and yesterday was Easter. so I'll take this week off from weighing and maybe weigh on Friday. I'll be gone Sunday-Tues for a trade show and won't weigh myself while I'm gone. This will be a good week! I may have messed up reaching my goal but I'll get close! It will still be progress!

Why not weigh in? It will give you an idea of about what splurges are down right no no's and what splurges are ok within reason.

Because it was a Holiday and I allowed myself a really free day. It's my prerogative. I know that most of what I ate was on the "no no" list. That's why I'm back on my program. That's the first time since March 1 that I really ate whatever I wanted. Even on my "free" days I'm careful because I don't want to sabotage my progress. I'm OK with it.
