Starting to lose significant strength in my training sessions for the part 3 weeks. I'll continue dieting for the next cycle (5 weeks). But will move out of the low end range, to the mid end range (x11.5) of calories for fat loss. I'll monitor for the next week and see if my strength gradually comes back.
