Down a solid 9 pounds in 2 weeks. It's not the 15 I had hoped for based on the Atkins advertisement (lose "up to" 15 pounds in the first two weeks), but considering all I did was change eating without adding exercise I really can't complain.
I'm not sure that I'm eating enough suprisingly. I know that not eating enough means a slower metabolism, but honestly I don't feel like eating at times. I like the food fine, just don't have the desire to eat. I seem to be averaging approx. 1700 cal/day which I know isn't enough for a 6' man. Guess I'll need to force myself to get up to 2000 cal/day to see if that helps any.
Up at 4:30 this morning and began P90X. This will be a 6 day per week plan for the next 13 weeks - that should help improve numbers quickly.
