Okay. So, I've let January pass by. Now I'm not frustrated that I have not kept up with a new physical regimen for the beginning of the year.
I have had my cardiologist appointment. This past Thursday, the 26th, I went through the prescribed stress test and electrocardiograph. I should have my results this next Tuesday or Wednesday. In the meantime, Wednesday, February 1st is my day # 1 for my 2012 diet and exercise program.
I figure that since I quit smoking on 07-07-07, I should be able to begin a healthy diet/exercise lifestyle on 02-01-12. THEN, on 12-12-12, I'll celebrate at 198! A 60 lb loss!
