Ok drinking 115 oz water is crazy difficult. But I'm trying hard.

I can't find the flax meal at my local grocery stores. I guess I will need to go to Ritzman's. 115 oz. of water - is that suppose to be the goal for the induction phase??

Half your weight in ounces of waterminimunm 8 glasses (64 oz.). So 115 oz for me I got you the flax meal. Less than $4. I would like to go to the dollar store this week and I think i need something at Ritzmans but can't remember what.
