BG after breakfast 169 tomorrow will check before breakfast and after instead of just after. i am so close to my weekly goal of 139.0. i am gonna push it and make it. BG 119 at 10 am gonna eat around 1030 or 11 but this can serve as my before lunch BG! Ok so I think i have figured out my "magic basal number" 145 after lunch it went up with the addition of Carbs. Not gonna correct because i am going to the gym and this will keep me up.
