got some great advise for the weight gain issues with working out and eating right, thanks girls for the support and knowledge. I hit the gym tonight, I increased my cardio up to 20 minutes...that is a biig change in just 5 days....Weights are going great other that I am not feeling much burn the next day, I wonder if I need to increase the weight or maybe try more reps. But I am determined to be to my goal weight by my wedding, after all it s my first wedding and I plan on being a hot bride~!!!
