Lunch was 2 egg omelet cooked in butter with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, half an avocado, a spoonful of salsa on top, but I think sour cream would have been better and leftover sliced steak on the side. Net carbs 4.7. Delicious and very satisfying! Dinner will be Grilled chicken cooked outside and green beans. Still at 7 pounds as I learn to do this right.
